  • 4 virtual drives: More?

Is it possible to mount more than 4 virtual drives with Daemon Tools or will this feature soon come? Sometimes, I would like to mount more than 4 images at the same time. I have an archive with 50 CD/DVD- images.

yes, in NEXT version there will be probably more than 4 drives. In current
version, try DaemonScript from our 3rd party downloadsection or simple
wait until next version is finished

When will be the new version released?
In some weeks or monthes (no exacly date neede!) ?
Because I installed a new PC and so I'm not shure if I should wait for the new DaemonTools-Release or change to Virtual-CD.
Because I need more than 4 drives ....

              Re: 4 virtual drives: More?

How about using Alcohol 120% until the new version is released? It can support 6 drives.

                  .........

                  heres a really stupid question

why are people talking about other virtual drive devices on the website of this one????

theres absolutely no reason for the DT crew to encourage use of other products, so why bother mentioning them?

seriously...there is a lack of common sense in this thread....

Sorry if I sound bitchy, but have you ever heard the word "democracy" before? "Common sense" enough for you?

Here's another stupid question. Why are you dredging up an 8-month old post just to gripe and moan?

                      *EDIT*
                      Edited to avoid confusion.

Date of the post I replied to says "Today, 00:04" here.

And besides, I'm in the mood today!

Seriously now, I just go crazy with "let's pretend everything else does not exist"-like philosophy.
