  • Cant uninstall virtual drive after system crashed

    Operating System: Xp SP2
    Burning Software: Nero 5.5.10.35
    Anti-virus Software: Norton 2005
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

After mounting an iso to a virtual H:drive, the computer crashed and required a
reinstall of D-Tools. I'm now left with a H:drive not recognised by daemon and which i cant uninstall manually. Not normally a proplem but its storing 650Mgs
of unwanted data on a hard drive somewhere.

    Please help.

A virtual drive stores no data anywhere. You probably mean the image mounted to the drive.
Anyhow, de-install Daemon Tools, check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum to remove leftovers of previous installation(s), reboot after the procedure, then re-install v3.47.
Also check if you've minidump related to that crash (in Windows\Minidump folder), if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.
