Well now we're past the deadline...

Does this mean we get a news that the software is being released??

    Sorry, couldn't help it

I think the word "deadline" is too strong and is not appropriate.

I know the development team stresses on the quality of both DT and the news update. I appreciate this very much. However, though a fellow guy like me does have considerable expectation on DT, I never expect too much about the content of the news upate. Maybe a few words like "we are still resolving a few problems concerning the SecuROM emulation ..." would make me very happy. Don't know why. But true.

Heh, some of you people really need to grow up. This is freeware remember... you have no right to bitch & complain. Anyway, just wanted the developers to know that at least some of us appreciate what they're doing.

I think I have been polite enough to express my feeling.

In order to appreciate the development work, you don't have to sit by idly waiting for a response. So far most people have been polite in asking for updates - with very little bitching and complaining, and I really don't think telling them to 'grow up' is exactly helpful.

Yes i'll have a hot chocolate please.....

..... As for my appreciation? I FULLY appreciate what the devs are doing. At no point have I bitched or complained

Okay, I might have been a bit overzealous when I used the word "deadline" but that shouldn't reflect on the nature of the post.

If it takes extra time to get a FREE program right, i'm all for it!

I'm just a person that loves information, especially tasty, juicy types!
