I would say that I love cheese almost as much as Sizu hates it.

Cheese rocks - but for health reasons, I have been trying alternatives, and veggie cheese is pretty damn good too.

My personal fav - Monterrey Pepper Jack - followed closely by sharp cheddar.

        MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmm

But only with a mud-sauce it can really develop its flavour...

Holy jesus, look at all the replies on my thread! Rofl.

Mud-sauce? Ew. If it has anything to do with cheese and has "mud" in it, I'm afraid.

Cheese seems to be a popular subject.

                        I've never met a cheese I didn't love. The stinkier/pungent, the better.

Edit: Hm. Seems like they took the modded posts idea to heart...

yes, yes it is, this is because people love cheese, I mean come on, even Sizu amited he liked cheese and his first post was "I hate cheese", though it was only in the situation of a pizza.

I will restate this I have not found a person that dislikes cheese completly, other than medical reasons.

@ Hakira - yes and no re: tofu - I have veggie cheeses that look, smell, and taste, and have the same consistency as real cheese, but derived from 100% vegetarian products. Then, there is also Tofu, different, yet just as scrumptious.

Bu I have never heard of a 'mud' sauce before.

@ Sizu - yeah, well, cheese is a subject near and dear to my heart lol....

Who makes said cheese that is 100% vegtarian?

Since when has cheese NOT been "vegetarian"? There's no meat....I'm very confused.
