Problem with Doom3 and DT4?

I've been helping out a cyber-cafe after hours and after installing DT4 last week and reimaging all the boxes Doom 3 no longer works. When launching the game, the CD image mount properly off of the network, but all I get is a small 10x10 pixel grey sqaure in the center of the screen. A process named ~e0001.exe loads up and Doom3.exe takes 100% cpu usage. Has anyone seen this problem before? Whats the solution? Thanks, let me know if you need more info.

I just tried out my Doom3 image I made with CloneCD in DT4 and it started up fine (didn't load a game though).
