DaemonTools 4.03 translations

Hi all,

as a service I converted all version 3.xx/4.03 language DLLs to 4.03. Those which were not updated or where I did not find 4.03 dll's will show english strings where translation is missing.

You can try 1049.dll from Harald's link above. It has been auto-converted to be 4.03 compatible.
