Do you realise that the lifetime of my mouse has decreased by 1 millisecond because I had to uncheck the adware option?

Yes, only need 1 ms to uncheck, or 10 seconds for uninstall from Control Panel

By your post, are you saying that people who arn't quite as computer savy, or arn't as intelligent, or have a disability, or simply prefer the 'Express install (recommended)' option that's turning up on installers nowadays, DESERVE to have the adware installed on their computer?
Is then this adware installation simply a trap for the ignorant?
To me, this seems simply immoral.
ShakingSpirit... there is no express install option in the Daemon-Tools installer.
There are several billboards with some information and a next button.
Do you go ahead and install a new ECU in your car without first getting installation instruction?
I think not, unless of course you are a seasoned veteran at ECU installation.
    As with d-tools.
The setup information is there in front of everyones face.
If you are too silly to read it, then immoral or not, i believe you deserve to have spyware installed.
And i'm sure these ppl who do the mad next, next, next, finish thing have much more spyware installed from their latest "crazy girls of hot cars desktop screensaver" (or whatever these strange things get called lately) setup....

For all those that are whinging about the inclusion of ad-ware in the free release of D-Tools (as an installable option) - here are some statistics for you!

At this very moment in time as I post this there are 1829 visitors viewing this forum. Out of those 1829 visitors only 28 are members of this forum. Out of those 28 members only 9 of those have actually registered D-tools to help support it's developement.

So in conclusion there are 1820 of these visitors here on this site this very moment in time using D-Tools absolutely free of charge & only 9 who have tried to say thank you to the developers by supporting the software (i'm good with figures lol )

It has been posted here many times that it is quite easy to uncheck the ad-ware box when installing D-Tools, if you miss it then it is also very easy to un-install the ad-ware. Is that so hard to understand or do???

It is only right that if you use the software then try to SUPPORT it! ... if you don't want to supprt it then DON'T use it, nobody forces you to!!!

Have some respect for the hard work the D-Tools team do here, whinging & whining does nobody any good whatsoever. If you want to have some input in the DT developement then register the software & post your ideas in the customer forum, if they are good ideas then I'm sure the team will listen & take note of your suggestions.

If you are not prepared to do any of the above do you really think you have the right to demand or complain about anything ?

Only 0.4921% supporting DT, iґm sure that there are more people supporting, but although was 2%(5%), it is a low level.
We have to add those people that help in the forum, is another type of help.

Well, those figures he used were just based off the number of people currently viewing the forums. It was not meant to be an all-inclusive overview of the level of support DTools receives from the community, just a set of statistics regarding a particular moment in time (e.g. the number of people viewing the forums versus the number of registered customers right then).
