Help an idiot : How to install?

I'm trying to get this game to work through D-Tools but something confuses me. I've checked the manuals and everything and they say to mount it, install, and then burn. I have a BWT, BWI, and BWS file and was able to mount them but I have no idea how to install. After mounting, what exactly do I need to do to get this all setup and begin playing the game?

The same youґd do with a real cd in a real cd-rom -> run setup.exe from the drive you inserted/mounted the cd, then play the game after installation.
