Insektors 3 help...

hey got insketors 3 for xp and when i opened it it only looks like it emulats a mds or a bwd file ..i though it will patch the image so that all the weak sectors are removed thus lettin u burn the image to a cd easily...
am i wrong or is there a good prog. that will patch the image so u dont have to emulate ...i dont like emulatin rather burn it to a cd ..
