I wanted a back-up of the Sims Deluxe Edition and Probably didn't burn it right, but will D-tools open it for me anyway? I just need it to play it's already installed.

Try it. If it doesn't work, you'll just have to read&write it again from your original disc (I assume you have it); the costs will not be unbearable, I think.
