Help the n00b out!

Hi guys i'm new here and i just recently purchased ' Star Wars Republic Commado'. (great game)
Anyway i read about being able to play the game with no disk!
So i read up on it all and downloaded...
*Alcohol 120 *free ver*
*Deamon Tools

I thought i would play around with the programs so i inserted the game into my disk drive and tried to make an image of the game but near the end i got about 5 errors??
Do i have to rip the game or something i'm lost please help it would be greatly appreciated

Please help somebody i have been trying all day
I have checked the protection with A -Ray scanner and it says something about Securom or something. So i go on Alcohol 120 then go on image making wizard then select the game then change the datatype to Securom but i get errors on 96%!! Help me out you guys please

The few read errors at the end of the disc are part of the protection, nothing to worry about.
Make sure you use the "SecuROM *new* 4/5" profile in Alcohol.

I would assume he means the free 30-day trial which alcohol-soft offer at http://trial.alcohol-soft.com/en/alcohol_info.php
