Q: How to make VC2 1:1 copy?

Hi - I recently found out when installing Vietcong 2 (Vietcong 2 1.0 SecuROM 7.00.00.0043 - as stated on this site) - that the dvd had been scratched, and the game wouldn't start, it just spun up the disc but nothing happened. However, I could copy all the files from the dvd to my harddrive and reinstall from there;, but I can't play online, which really sucks.

I need to know how to make a 1:1 copy of my original DVD so I can use that instead, I think it should work since all the data is still intact on the dvd, but I just don't know how... have never had this problem before.

If your DVD is scratched, I don't think you'll be able to make an image... ie, you will get the same result : nothing.

Maybe the publisher supports disc replacement for $10 plus shipping.
