First rule for using a computer: If you don't know what it does, read the manual. If it doesn't come with a manual, don't use it. Or, as an alternative, be willing to reinstall Windows from scratch if anything goes wrong.

That said, it would appear that your computer is running again, at least assuming you're not posting from another computer. So if all is well again, let me recommend using another tool. CureROM (google!) is a great addition to Daemon Tools, and it's a lot safer than StarForce Nightmare. I'm not entirely sure if it comes with a manual, but you should get pretty far with default settings, and besides having less potential to mess up your system, it's a lot more self-explaining too.
