Nascar Racing 2003 v1.2.0.1 - Securom 4.85.00.0227

I posted this at CDFreaks as well so forgive me if it is old news. Sierra's new patch for Nascar 2003 upgraded the version of Securom from 4.84.50.0166 to 4.85.00.0227 rendering my backup copy useless. I also tried to burn with Alcohol using RMPS emulation (also tried Daemon Tools for RMPS) and no go.

Anybody have a new way to backup with the new Securom version?
