Hallo,
ein Image von AWR ist nicht lauffähig.
Es handelt sich dabei um "Protect DiSC v7.5 - v7.6 (or newer)".
Meldung: "Emulator aktiv".

Hm... mit DT 4.09.1 / SPTD 1.49 läufts...

EDIT: Hat sich erledigt, muss erst noch ein wenig testen.

Also - von ca. 20 Startversuchen lief es 3 mal. Alle anderen Versuche wurden beantwortet mit: Emulator aktiv

Weiss jemand abhilfe? Oder woran das liegt?

Haste Image mit der Pro gemacht und auch dort gemountet mit dem neuen SPTD 1.50 ?

Versuch das mal und gib bitte report.

Habe Image mit Alcohol gemacht.... SPTD 1.50? Okay, guck ich mal nach. Mache Image dann auch mit der Pro.

Der SPTD 1.5 wird mit der DT Pro 215 installiert, update dann auch gleich also dein DT Pro

Ich habe mir SPTD 1.50 extra heruntergeladen. Auf dem Rechner, auf dem ich spiele habe ich nur die "normalen" DT 4.09.1 laufen. Da muss das Spiel laufen, nicht auf dem DT-Pro Rechner.

Mich würde dennoch intressieren ob es auch in der DT Pro rennt !

Nein läuft weder mit der Pro noch mit 4.09.1...

Merkwürdig ist, dass ich es unter der 4.09.1 bei ca. 20 mal starten 3 mal zum starten bekommen habe... und ich weiss nicht womit das zusammenhängt.

Also es rennt folgendermaßen (ist zwar nicht das "gelbe vom Ei", aber geht):

Eine normale ISO-Kopie in das CD-ROM/DVD-ROM LW, ein Image in das virtuelle LW, der LW-Buchstabe des virtuellen LW MUSS hinter dem Buchstaben des physikalischen LWs leigen.

Starten... läuft.

Oh very sorry. I didn't realize that I post in a public english forum. Really sorry.

I couldn't get "Arena Wars Reloaded" to work from an image.
It has "Protect CD 5" and everytime I tried to run it from an image I got the message "Emulator active".

Finally I got it working the following way:

I burned an ordinary ISO of the game onto a CD, put the CD into my CD/DVD-ROM.
I mounted the image into a virtual DT drive (DT 4.09.1 and SPTD 1.50).
I closed all programs like "Yasu" etc.

I started the game, and it runs.
I tried this now on different computers.

Only thing that the drive letter of DT must lie behind the drive letter of the physical drive.

always "not the correct cd" actually no emulation warning.. so how did you do it exactly which hardware os etc.

I was told about this by a friend - made an image of my game with DT Pro - and it works perfectly for me.

it keeps saying "insert the original cd" but no emulation error
