How to make a virtual image using DT from original cd?

I got some data disk which I need to make image. It is only a CD. But in side the cd it show the total size of data is 32.4 GB. I think it contain a cd copy protection system. I need to make a copy of that cd. Nero 8 is failed to make a copy. I heard that DT can make image of it. Can any one please tell me how to make a virtual cd form the original cd?
