Safedisk 4, cycle redundancy check error ?!!

Hi

I used alcohole 120% to take an image from my civilization 4 game which uses Safedisk 4 protection .

the problem is when I try to install the game from the image file I get (cycle redundancy check error ) and the installation will abort , I tyred using sd4hide and Daemon tool but the problem still occurring !!

what do you think guys?

That indicates a problem reading the image. Probably corrupt files. Common on bad copies.

Make sure the CD/DVD is free of scratches. clean the CD/DVD if needed.
Then try making the image again, slow down the read speed.

And as funny as your post may seem using Safe****, please refrain from doing that, keep it clean.

What Dllfile said, and this: You can just install from the original, but play from the image.
