Someone referred me to sd4hide today, and after using it it occured to me that it would be much more convenient to have it work as a console utility for batch operations. For example:

sd4hide -restore
You can take a look at the backup registry file created by sd4hide, and create your own reg files. Call regedit from your script and you can achieve what you want.
