Sounds like your original copy is bad or the CD key provided is inaccurate. I'd suggest taking it back and getting a different one if you can, or else try contacting the developer's support.

Im having problems posting so this post may seam off topic in this subject but I hope to catch an adminstrators attention and maybe help others with some problems with Daemon 4.00. One conflict I noticed was with my anitvirus, had to uninstall it it b4 installing Deamon, and the other conflict was with Microsoft .net frakework 1.1. Hope this helps

the future has Starforce protection... Don't know what the
correct date of this,also i heard Prince of Persia:Two Thrones
will Securom 7 yet, but this is not sure. We will watch next..

Use SD4Hide or disable your drives.

I got King Kong with following steps to work

1 ) Make an perfect 1:1 copy of that Game

2 ) Unpluged your IDE - Drives

3 ) Turn CD and Node off with SFN

4 ) Mount it with DT4 and before that turn RMPS on !

5 ) Install

6 ) Ready to play !

It's a bit weird, sometimes I use sd4 hide and it won't work, then I restore it, hide it, restore, etc. And it doesn't work the first time, but when I start it again it just works. And I even got it to work after a restore.... Weird stuff.

well i got the same prob and i restart my box and use sd4hide an everything works fine but sometimes its stuck for no reason
