All you folks who are fooling around with these tools...
always make a restore point of your system prior to activating
any of these tools for the first time.
I have repeatedly suffered from OS crashes trying to recover with
repair installations which will simply crap out
because the SCSI/IDE and whatever stuff has been bent
or remapped or displaced or OS priveleges have been
altered.
So in normal use you wont run into problems usually but when thing start to
get messy (whatever reason that may have) be sure not to try to repair your
XP in the state where these drivers, registry modifcations, etc etc where active.
Especially if you also reinstall Motherboard Drivers in that process etc etc.
Those things really get dirty and youll probably have to do a clean install then
anyway.
So save yourself hours of work and think of the risks.
