Serious Sam II latest patch found DT4!

Its funny actually, you go through all that trouble to make DT hard to detect, but a line in registry gives you out.
I guess it's time to use as little registry as possible and make every registry label random or start using .ini

The blacklist was only possible because DTv4.00 doesn't create a random driver name yet. This will be done from the next version though, AFAIK.

What about sptd.sys and sptd9933.sys? Surely they need to have rename capability too.
