Have MDS file for Civilization 4

Ok, so I mounted, installed and then when opened with SAFEDISC on(deamon tools, emulation safedisc enabled as suggested on other forums) clicked on play, and still the game asks for a cd. Any suggestions? (I read FAQ etc, but don't always get it because of the eng+I'm not a genius)

now I opened the first time without safedisc and then read the other comments (don't know if this info matters) I know nothing about safedisc usage, can somebody help me, I really look foreward playing this game

Please help me please I cannot wait playing!

You will have to unplug your optical IDE drives or use SafeDisc 4 Hider.

If you have anytime, and will could somebody explain me what I just did with safedisc hider 4?

I think it goes around any security of the game right, but how?

Just out of curiousity and I just like to leaarn these things, the manual is not clear for me.

          Thnx in andvance

it (temporarily) deletes the registry entries for scsi drives. this works because all copy protections except for starforce, rely on the registry for device information. A similar trick works for securom.
Starforce uses its own drivers to check for optical and scsi
            drives.

You don't have to actually unplug the drives, it's enough to disable them in the device manager.

I don't think that he'll give an answer, because this thread is from
2005 and da_masta_killah only has 2 posts which he made in 2 days.
So, how did you create your image (which program and read settinsg did you use)?
