Path of Neo mini-image help

OK, so now I'm using a mini-image I believe. The file name is VOL-TPON-MI.mds. Now the game looks like it's starting, cause I see something pop-up in my taskbar, and a small white window appears for half a second. Then it disappears and nothing else happens. I'm using SR7.Stop and everything. WTF!

Does it work from the original?

By the way, the post counts get updated at night only to save server CPU power.

How do you expect it to work from mini image then?
Contact game support in order to get it to work from original, then try with image again.
