Has any one sucsesfully created a working back up copy of Safedisc 4.0.0.0 - 4.0.0.6 protected games without emulation or any thing like that?

In your original question I assume you mean by way of a burned disc rather than by way of a mountable image file?

Yes burning it onto a disc and useing it with out emulation.
