How to deal with StarForce 1?

I have a CD protected with "StarForce 1.0.00.01", I discovered that by using A-Ray Scanner V.2.0.2.3, it gave the message (StarForce 1.0.00.01 detected).
How can I crack this protection in order to use the program without using the program CD?
I will be grateful fore any help

This looks like you have one of the first or the first game of all protected with SF, can you name it? - Just for my interest.

You do not need to "crack" the protection, Try to make an image with Alcohol 120% with the Starforce 1/2 settings. Mount the image with DT and it should work.

If you already installed the game/program you should remove the starforce drivers first, they could eventually interfere with Alchol when reading DPM data.
