  • What's the difference between X64 and X86(32bit)?

I want to know what's thje difference between X64 and X86(32bit) version of DaemonTools. I'm using windows XP SP2 and when i last installed daemon it gave me an error (Daemon need windows XP SPTD version installed please disable kernel debuger first) when it tried to launch for the first time after installation. Also windows detected a driver and wanted to install it automaticly. This never happened to me before. And by the way what is kernel debuger?

no difference. One runs on 32 bit and the other one doesn't. The converse is the same but the other way around.

    2)
    need ... SPTD ... installed
there is no known fix for this yet. Try reading this long thread: "System File Error" when installing 4.0

    3)
    detected a driver
    - This happens often when installing software. It will happen to you a lot in the future when you install software too.

    4) A kernel-mode debugger is a tool used for reverse engineering, use a search engine for more technical and computer programming /engineering related information.
