Doom 3 image issues

Hey everyone,

I made images of all 3 of my Doom 3 cd's using Alcohol 120% and i burned an image of CD 1 ontp a CD. That runs no problems. Then i have issues if i Mount the .Mds image using Daemon tools 4. It loads up but before the game starts I get a Windows error box telling me that "Doom 3 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvebience".

Has anybody else had this problem??

The image needs to be mounted on a virtual drive with the same drive letter as the drive you used to installed with.

If you install using your CD drive with letter 'E' (for example) the virtual drive that you mount the image should be 'E'

I installed Doom 3 from images off my hard drive using Daemon Tool's virtual drive so I don't think that is the issue. I've had a look in the registry and its the same drive that I used to install and run Doom3. Any other ideas?
