CureROM "Image file settings"? please help

Im just wondering what im supposed to do with the "image file settings" when i try to create a new profile?
It says "SecuROM 7 / safedisk 4 backup image" but i dont know which file i should browse for.
Any help is much appreciated.

You have an image you mount in Daemon Tools. That's the image you need to browse for.
