Stronghold wont play from mounted image

I have sucessfully made a copy of Stronghold which has safedisc 2 protection. I used clonecd and safedisc emulation from D. T. with the fastdump copy method. The copied disc will work but I cannot get the mounted image to work, it always asks for the correct cd. I also tried to install the game from the mounted image. It installs fine but still asks for the correct cd when I try to play the game. Any suggestions on how to get this to work from a mounted image?

Reinstall from the mounted image or modify registry to change game's drive letter.
