I have Cureom 2.0.3.1 and an MDS/MDF image of the game, but when I try to run it (either through the profile file or the link it creates) doesn't always work. It says I should use the original CD and not a backup. But the thing is that if I try enough times it works eventually :S
Any idea?
@Dogma: I dont know, I let a friend of mine do it cause I dont know how to (exactly these stuff, which program, what settings, etc.). Is it because he didn't create the image right?
@AnalCobra: Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000).
Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=copy&c=1000 for further, more detailed information.
I think you first should recreate the image.
Get Alcohol 120% (www.alcohol-software.com <--trial version) and install it. Start it and open the Image Making Wizard. Choose the Securom 5/7 profile at the bottom of the page and put your original disc in the drive and choose the correct drive from which you want to read the image. (If the game is on dvd then there is no profile, then you have to enable the Data position measurement option with high precision).
In the next page choose the save directory and the mds image file format and start the reading process.
Then try it again with that good image.
