Sorry I was wrong. I checked system driver version: 3.7.16.4. So it means impossible tu run via DT?

In Vista mounted in Daemon Tools 4.03 it works with newest patch.

Do you mean Pro Cycling Manager 2006? What patch do you use? I have Windows XP, DT 4.03 and patch v1.0.0.3 and don't work.

I think it is implied that if you cannot find any other way to play the game except from the original CD then you should try Vista.
