Game install problem

Hi all.

I have a problem with a couple of older games. The longest journey and Free Space 2.
I have them mounted as .bin files on Daemon Tools 3.47.
I open the install launcher, but nothing happens - it dosnґt freeze up or nothing, it simply dosnt start.

My question is: Is it a emulation problem, a blacklist or third different option?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The images are probably bad. Please create new images from your original discs using Alcohol 120%.

Have you tried running them using the original cd's? Some protections on older games only check the first drive, in that case you need to swap driveletters from your real drive and DT.

Sounds like he's having problems just installing, because The Longest Journey doesn't require the disc to be in the drive to play. TLJ - Dreamfall does, but not the original TLJ.
