Hi,

I've made an image of my TFD DVD using Nero 6 to an NRG file on my laptop's HDD.

But mounting it in Daemon and enabling Safedisc emulation still doesn't stop the game from complaining about a bad disc.

Should I have created the disc using Alcohol or something? What can I do to make it work?

Yes, recreate your image with Alcohol and use Yasu for antiblacklisting measures.
