  • C&C Generals Zero Hour

This has probably been asked hundreds of times before so I'm sorry for the annoyance but.....

I have my C&C Generals Zero Hour discs; how exactly do I create a working backup?

    Thanks.

These Discs are only DafeDisk 4.6 Protected, so the only thing you need is Alcohol 120% to create the Image, choose SafeDisk Profile, Mount the Image in Daemon Tools and use YASU or SD4Hide to prevent Blacklistening against Daemon Tools.
You weak pathetic fool, it's all to easy

They're both tools that will help "hide" Daemon Tools from the Safedisc guard module.
        Get YASU here:

          Cheers Kitna.

Just a couple more questions -

          1. What file format should I save the disc image as in Alcohol? (mds, ccd, cue or iso)

          2. Is it normal to get A LOT of 'Read data examination errors' when creating the image?

            1. MDS/MDF
            2. Yes it is normal for SafeDisc.
