won't read emulated drive like a CD?

i burned CD of Halo a copyrighted CD to an image aka ISO. I emulated the drive using the mounted image (image created using Nero) click on the imaginary drive the autorun comes up asked me if wanna play. i click play or run and it says that the CD isn't in the drive. is this a copyright problem? or something else other CD's i imaged also do the same thing is there a setting or something? plz help
