Another C&C: Kanes Wrath problem.

Hey guys, Command and Conquer 3: Kanes Wrath has recently been patched. Version 1.2 is the latest version and (as usual) EA has screwed up everything for those of us that prefer to play without CD's

I have downloaded the latest version of DTlite and the latest version of YASU.

I mounted my (previously working) image of Kanes Wrath on the new DT and tried to run the game - I got a "conflict with emulation software" error.

I then downloaded the new YASU, logged off and back onto my user, mounted the image again and booted up YASU and cloaked my drive. Tried to run the game: same error.

I then tried cloaking before mounting, same error.

Anyone got a solution?

You should check with protect ID which Securom version you have after patching it. I think the only way for playing is to use daemon tools pro and mount image on vide (of course you'll need yasu).

Mostly not, but it is possible. Also there is no free version
It is only free for personal non-commercial usage (Lite one).

So basically, either I buy DT Pro Advanced, or I buy C&C: Kanes Wrath again? Cause atm, I'm only using DT Lite and there's no point in getting the 20 Day trial of DT Pro Advanced - im gonna want to play for more than 20 days...

It's a shame Lite wont be updated to fix this problem. >.<

Am I mistaken, or rightly disappointed?...

I decide to DL the trial of DT Pro Advanced - only to find it doesn't install the DTpro.dll file so I can't use it with YASU.

I'm assuming this is because it's only a trial version?

Build 304 doesn't have that dll anymore, use DAEMON Tools Extensions instead.
