Please insert correct CD / Specified File not found

I am trying to play Sim Themepark (yes, from 1999. :] ) and I have installed it with DT Lite.
I tried playing it using the desktop shortcut, and I got the familiar, dread-inspiring message: Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK, and restart application. I searched this forum and read advice to get DT Pro, which I did, and install it to an IDE. Still doesn't work. If I try using the Autorun program on the disk, it says "C:\WINNT\Start Menu\Programs\SimTheme Park\SimTheme Park.lnk. The specified file was not found.
The file is an iso format, if that helps...

First thing you need to do is download ProtectionID to confirm the copy protection used. Second, remake the image from your original disc in MDS format instead of ISO.
