Hi All,

It's been a while since I last copied a game so am a little behind the times. I recently got all my old games out and decided to make an image of each CD so I can pack the boxes up in the loft and run / install from a daemon virtual drive.

Is there a howto which covers all the different copy protection methods and versions available anywhere.

Still the same thing (on my point of view) :
1. detect the protection,
2. parameter your copy-programm (like DT pro) depending on what protection is found in point 1,
3. emulate your image disk (with vide for better results),
4. use DTE/yasu if required.

Clony XXL is an obsolete scanner which can't detect current protections.

Better us Protection iD (recommended), protectionforce or BurnOut.
