    DAEMON Tools Pro isn't capable of burning working emulated discs.
    You need to use Alcohol 120% for that purpose.
    Read & burn with the Starforce 1/2/3/4 profile and activate RMPS emulation before loading the backup disc.

    But depending on the SF version this won't work as well

      I burned a LOFC1.1 CD in the way you told me, but first the SF gave a message to insert the CD into another driver,after I disabled virtual SCSI drives created by daemon and alcohol,the SF brought me a message my CD is invalid

        Resilient No More!!!

        @Terramex

        Ooops sorry your suggestion didin't work.
        It was a try though.

        However, I was able to find this thread from the Alcohol Support Forum.

        Cannot read DPM from DVDs - Alcohol Support Forum

        Hooray!!! Flaming Cliffs now work without the CD.
        It's now time to put the game disc into the archive game box where it belongs.

        All along my 2nd drive actually supported DPM:

        LG -> DVDRRW GSA-H20L
        Manufacturer
        LG
        Model
        DVDRRW GSA-H20L
        Supported Writing Method:
        [DAO/SAO] [RAW SAO] [RAW SAO+SUB] [RAW DAO + 96] [DVD DAO]
        BURN-Free supported:
        [SuperLink]
        Best Writing Speed:
        Supported Media:
        [CD-R] [CD-RW]
        [DVD-R] [DVD-RW] [DVD+RW] [DVD+R] [DVD-RAM]

        I just had to tweak a few things in my rig.

            Would you please go into detail about that.

            Would you please upload your mds file ?
            Maybe wuwenyao's DPM isn't good enough.

              I read the Alcohol thread you mentioned again, is "if you have any StarForce drivers in your system that can sit between the drive and the OS and may prevent Alcohol from doing it's job properly." the key?

                Resilient No More

                @wuwenyao

                I did remove all the Keys from the registry as Terramex had suggested before using the procedure in the Alcohol link.

                Try the procedure suggested by the Alcohol Support Forum.
                Check if your drive is supported.
                There is a link there where you can verify that.

                @Terramex

                Sorry my posting rules says: "You may not post attachments."

                @wuwenyao

                First check if your drive is supported.
                Alcohol Soft Product Support
                If yes, then start by removing all vSCSI drives.
                Create the image using the lowest possible speed.

                Note that my drive is connected via USB to IDE bridge hence once removed, Starforce will not detect any physical drive at all.
                Something like this.

                Read the full details of the support personnel's suggestion on the link here.

                I hope this helps.

                  You may upload the file to some filehoster like e.g. sendspace.com.

                  P.S.: when SF was still widespread I often suggested users to remove SF drivers when DPM wasn't proper, but i completely forgot about that possible culprit
