cannot locate cd rom (!!!!??)

i have made backup copies of NFS UNDERGROUND and NBA LIVE 2004,both 2-cd sets.
installations run ok, at midway it asks me to insert second cd, it completes
installation, everythings seem to be fine... until at the end, when coming to start playing the game, it appears that message screaming: "insert the correct CD and start the application again"... No matter which of the two cds i put on, when i attempt to run the game, the same thing appears. exactly as i attempt to play from the desktop icon without inserting any cd, or doing it !!! what did i do wrong ?? Anybody can help me...?

which program did you use to make your backup ?

i have used nero for both

Nero cannot make proper backups of copy-protected CDs. Try using Alcohol 120% or CloneCD.
