second ISO(1 game, 2 ISO's) contains extra data added by (other)user, cd burn issue?

    second ISO(1 game, 2 ISO's) contains extra data added by (other)user, cd burn issue?

    I have two ISO's 4 the same game(SOF double helix), the SECOND ISO has added data on it containing information on patches etc. After burning the ISO's( ISO 2 WITHOUT the extra folder!) the installation of the game hangs whem I am asked to place the second cd. Still, when I place CD2, it seems to autoplay right, asking me to place CD1. What's up with this?
