ISO to AVI or MPEG

Anyone know how to take a ISO file and revert it back to a MPEG or AVI file .... meaning I ripped a movie to ISO but I want to play it as mpeg file or AVI - any programs as the such ?

Any help would be great!

Is your ISO a VCD or SVCD?
Just mount the image and copy the movie file(s) from explorer.
Also both ISOBuster and WinISO can do it.

I don't know what it is but you say "mount" the image what does this mean ? and copy from explorer ? can you give me more detail thanks!

I suggest you to "mount" this iso into your virtual cd-drive by alc or dt!
.... thats the easiest way.....
but you may write your image back to cd aswell .... use bw or nero
