I was wondering how to rip files so i can emulate them w/o a cd and what I need to do?

Go to doom9.org....be prepared to do a lot of reading....and don't stop reading everything untill its locked inside your head

doom9.org got deleted... xxspeed, for the most part... you can just copy the CDs to ISO files using nero or any other CD burning/ripping software. After that, just mount those images using Daemon Tools...

That's the best case scenario situation... Nowadays, people employ CD protection technologies on CDs that require you to use CD-protection emulation and special CD ripping software like alcohol 120%.. These copy protection technologies make it lots harder copying some CDs...
