is there a way to make mdf and mds into iso?? // < well i figured that out>

i also have another problem when i mount the iso for doom 3 then i try to play it. it says please instert disc 1, but seconds before that i ran disc one off of daemon tools.. >.<

ISOs don't duplicate the copy protection mechanisms. That's why there are image formats like mds/mdf that do exactly that. So I suggest you make a new image with your Alcohol copy. Your ISOs won't work, even if you convert them back to mds/mdf because the copy protection mechanism is gone.
