Help Call of Duty

i burned call of duty 1.0 into 2 discs, but even the 2nd cd is in the drive, after installing first cd, it still says "insert disc 2 and hit ok"
what should i do?
i made an iso and mounted with d-tools then emulated with all the protections. didnt work...
can we burn images with copy protections?
if yes, do they work like original cds?

What Program did you make the images with?

easy iamging i did.. nothing extra..
i used ultraiso
but i didnt make the image directly from the cd
i just copied files first, then made the image. so, i didnt copy with its emulation..

You should create the images again, but this time use alcohol instead, as it can't work with ultraiso because of the issues you mentionend in your post (no extra crap)
