  • can't get ut2004.mds to be recognised

    Operating System: windows xp home
    Burning Software: alcohol120%
    Anti-virus Software: avg free edition
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Hey folk's I have been trying to get daemon to mount a copy of Unreal 2004 and it keeps telling me that I have to use an original disc and not a backup, I have made the image as a 1:1 copy and set the DPM read at 12x (the drive is capable of a lot more) and then pass it throung my home network to get it to un on my other system.

    Any ideas??

All and any help gratefully accepted

    Thanks

UT2k4 is protected with SecuROM v5. Do a search here in the forums for it, you'll find the answer (SCSI-drive blacklist etc) pretty quickly.

If you install the latest update for the game, it removes the CD/DVD check.
