Is your game on CD or DVD ?
What is the name and version of the copy protection (use A-Ray) ?
What back-up software do you have (ex. Alcohol 120%) ?
From what are trying to install, the original, a back-up copy or a image ???
If Image (or back-up) how did you make it (settings) ?
Other informations you may have available ?
