quake 4 backup?

I'm trying to make a backup of quake 4 using daemon tools and cdclone. I was able to write an image to the harddrive that mounts fine. However, when I burn that image to a cd it does not work. I have the safedisc emulation on daemon tools running. Is there something else I need to do or can do?

At the Moment you can't get a working 1:1 copy of Safedisk 4 protected games. Only Images are working.

If you're happy with making a non 1:1 backup, you can install the latest official patch which removes the cd/dvd check.
