cd- key problem with the backup cd, please help

I made a copy of my original warcraft 3 cd. My brother intalled the copy of wc3 on his pc yo play on his PC.
The problem is that if im playing online he cannot play online, it says that the cd key is in use by me. Is there a solution to this? :?:

You will have to somehow obtain a new key. Legally, I suppose you have to buy another copy of warcraft III.
