On Daemon Tools site, it says Nascar Racing 4 uses SecuROM 4.42.00.0142. When I scanned it with A-Ray Scanner, it said it was SecuROM 4.32.00.0068. Whichever it is, Daemon Tool's Emulation is not doing the trick; I still keep getting the "Wrong CD" error. I can't seem to find any game fix patches on the net either!
If it works from the original (which would very likely make it a problem with the copy protection) try creating a new image with Alcohol 120%, using a CD/DVD drive that's DPM capable (check that there's no error with the DPM process while creating the image - which drive are you using?) and the SecuROM profile.
SecuROM v4.42 shouldn't be hard to overcome nowadays.
